Pamela Beaudet - Business Coaching

Pamela Sotir Beaudet is a certified life and business coach. She received her training from iPEC- Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching, which is an ICF- (International Coach Federation) accredited program.

The ICF is the professional organization that sets the standards, rules of conduct, and ethics for professional coaches. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts and a Master of Arts Degree in Political and Business Communications from Emerson College in Boston. Pamela has over 15 years of marketing experience including strategy, branding, marketing communications and design. She lives south of Boston with her husband and 7 year old son.

Pamela’s most recent position was at an internet marketing company as a business coach where she worked with over 50 small business owners on how to build their internet businesses. She coached them to focus their efforts, stay on task, set their overall business strategy, and build and manage their staff effectively. She is known for being direct, honest, and intuitive. Pamela practices deep listening and challenges her clients to accomplish more than they thought possible.

Pamela believes events that have occurred in the business world over the last few years demand that small business owners lead with their values and bring ethics back into their companies. In a tough economy, it is more important than ever to engage your employees and let them know how much you need them in order to be successful. Pamela works with you to help you identify your values so that you can bring that values leadership into everything you do- whether in your business or personal life.
