They actually designed the site and they make it very easy for me to blog on a regular basis, knowing that I'm set up to be found by the search engines. I can't overemphasize the importance of being clear in your communications. When we fail to clinch a deal, it's often because we don't actually ask for the business. I do an initial complimentary session with potential clients and I used to end the conversation on a tentative note. Now, if I feel that we're a good fit, I tell the person that I'd like to work with them and ask what the next step is. I'm never pushy- I'm just clear so that the other person knows where I stand.
